Paul is the Vice President of Corporate Operations and Corporate Counsel at Flo Technologies where he oversees all strategic partnerships, legal and corporate operations for the business. Prior to joining Flo, Paul was a civil litigation attorney practicing business and securities defense. He left law practice to start his own SaaS business. Paul has held a variety of executive positions at startups ranging from CEO, COO to General Counsel and various sales / procurement roles. Paul has guest lectured multiple times at Pepperdine and USC's Marshall School of Business. He has also spoken on panels hosted by UCLA Anderson and Harvard Business School.
