YOUR STAND | SPACE ONLY


You will be provided with a space on the exhibition floor only. It is your responsibility to utilize and build in this space. Please check your contract for the exact size of your floor space and plan accordingly. What next?

Please submit all H&S, design documents and order forms for all space only stands by 9th August 2019 to TechXLR8AsiaOperations@informa.com

All contractors will be required to attend a health and safety briefing with the venue. Please see the document HERE for more information.

REMINDER: Once submitted, should your design be classes as complex (see design instructions), you will be expected to provide structural calculations for your stand.

If you have purchased a shell scheme package, you will be required to complete the below three steps. For examples of how your package will look please see visual of a shell stands, to the right of this text. 

Your 9sqm shell scheme stand will come with:

1 x White Round Table
1 x Waste Basket
3 x 100w Spotlights
1 x 13 Amp Electric Socket

Your 12sqm, 18sqm (and anything over 18sqm) shell scheme stand will come with:

All deadlines for service orders are on the forms, please complete by the deadline in order to finalize your order and avoid any surcharges, late orders may receive a charge of up to 20%.

Contractor Access
People engaging in stand erection and dismantling in the exhibition are not required to pre-register, however they must collect a wristband on arrival in order to gain access to the halls and be used to monitor contractor behavior onsite.

Those who fail to present valid wristband at the entrance or in halls will not be allowed to work in the halls and will be asked to leave the halls immediately.

Marina Bay Sands is situated at 10 Bayfront Avenue, and is also accessible by vehicle via Sheares Avenue. From Changi Airport, you can reach us in a 20-minute direct drive along the East Coast Parkway (ECP) expressway, which leads directly into Sheares Avenue across the Benjamin Sheares Bridge. Marina Bay Sands is linked directly to CE1/DT16 Bayfront Station on the Circle Line and Downtown Line of Singapore's Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) train system. RISK ASSESSMENT
Contractor is responsible for performing Valid Risk Assessment (RA) for the service works to be carried out and implementing all necessary and adequate risk controls for the work related to event/exhibition services to be carried out. WSH Risk Assessment (RA) must be submitted to your Event Organiser/work coordinator and MBS MICE WSH team ( At least 7 Days prior to work commencement ).

GENERAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR MBS
• Adhere to in-house rules and regulations
• Watch out for safety and health warning signs at all times
• Loitering around the premises is strictly prohibited
• Disposal of general or hazardous waste in proper manner
• No littering, No food or drinks is allowed except consumption designated locations
• Allow only trained, qualified and authorised personnel to do related-works
• Documents required are Risk Assessment and other Relevant Docs E.g.. Heavy Exhibits Form

CODE OF CONDUCT

Exhibitors and party hosts may not promote sexualized or offensive imagery or activities. Exhibition and party staff should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment. Participants asked to stop any behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant or sponsor engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct,  Informa Tech staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.
