Renowned for defining and delivering user experience, strategy and development projects; for companies such as GSK, Wyeth, Vodafone, Orange, Deutsche bank, HSBC, DeBeers, Disney, Saint Gobain, Mazda, Mercedes, Airmiles, Philip Morris, Thomas Cook, O'Melveny, Orrick, Slaughter and May, Pfizer, Sky and EY.
Mark holds a 1st class degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence and an MSC in Human Computer Interaction (UX) and has been published online and spoken at multiple events (some listed above).
He is also very passionate about working with schools who have poor Tech teachings, as such he has run Tech days for three consecutive years at the William Morris Academy. He has also spoken at a number of universities.
