- Stand plan that adheres to Informa Tech design instructions
- Completing Health & Safety form
- Please ensure you order the right waste containers for build and breakdown. Excess waste will incur an extra charge.

- 9SQM stand will be equipped with 2x black chairs, 1x white round table, 1x waste basket, 2x spotlights, 1x 500W socket outlet

Further information about the exact requirements and what each size meeting room includes, will be released once the exhibitor manual has been published. You need to be aware of the following:

ADDITIONAL H&S INFORMATION
We have been informed by the venue that “Chill and Charge” style LITHIUM BATTERY powered stations or desks are NOT permitted in the venue due to the excessive fire risk it present. The venue asks any exhibitors planning to use these devices to;
“adapt their units to run off the mains electricity, we took some advice and thought that these units would only need in our opinion a 500w (2amp) single socket outlet which the show appointed above ground electrical contractor could supply. They looked to be pre-set and pre-built, which they would then need to adapt with a plug top, to use with a mains socket. This would all then run off the above ground electrically tested supply.”

We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. We are a diverse community of professionals, and we conduct ourselves professionally. Please be considerate and careful with your words and actions. Exhibitors in the expo hall, evening party hosts and organizers of concurrent activities should be aware they are subject to the code of conduct. Exhibitors and party hosts may not promote sexualized or offensive imagery or activities. Exhibition and party staff should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment. Participants asked to stop any behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant or sponsor engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct, Informa Tech staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.

Community: To encourage sustainable development in the wider business we endeavour to utilise environmentally accredited venues and support regional agricultural practice by insisting on using locally grown produce for catering at all our large events.
Relationships: Informa Tech has developed an alliance with the Carbon Neutral Company and as a further example of our customer centricity, we strive to locate our events central to where we feel the majority of attendees originate.
