Elina has more than 20 years of experience in the telco industry ranging from direct marketing, market research, product development, data analytics, strategy development, CVM and CX.  Successfully set up the marketing information system combining data from external researches and internal company data for better customer understanding and value-oriented actions based on profound customer insights.  Most of her experience was dedicated to data analytics which naturally turned into customer lifecycle and value management. In a combination with a profound CX knowledge, this resulted in both value creation for the customer and increased company revenues in a highly competitive market environment.
