Benedict Enweani is Chief Commercial Officer at Intent HQ, a privacy-first customer intelligence platform built for telcos and their unique data. Telcos have some of the richest and most valuable customer data of any business – data that explains customer spending habits, unique interests, and when they are likely to upgrade services. Intent HQ’s advanced AI software allows telcos to develop hyper-personalized marketing campaigns, drawing on detailed behavioral insights to connect with consumers at the deepest possible levels. We call our approach ‘true personalization’. It means telcos can build better relationships with their customers, boost brand loyalty and achieve a significantly improved return on investment from their marketing communication activities.
Benedict has over 25 years experience applying technology to the challenges of data networks and has been with Intent HQ for more than two years. He also founded the successful network topology AI startup Ontology.com which he exited in 2019 after completing its acquisition. He has a Master’s degree in Engineering Science (Aerospace), a Bachelor’s in Engineering Physics, and recently completed the University of Oxford Saïd Business School’s Artificial Intelligence Programme. Having worked with several telcos to deploy Intent HQ’s innovative AI technology, Benedict has commercial and technical understanding when it comes to applying AI and machine learning to create value in customer experience and truly personalized marketing.
He has international experience having worked and lived in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Canada and worked with distributed teams across the globe.
