Danika is the co-founder and chief executive officer of My Normative Inc. She is a passionate advocate for -and trained scholar in- sex and gender issues in the arena of health and accessibility. Danika comes from both: the world of high performance sport as an athlete and a coach as well as holding positions as an educator and health practitioner in Western Canada. Company: My Normative is a female focused health tracking platform that leverages consumer grade technologies to determine shifts in underlying physiology unique to female persons. Unlike other technologies available on the market, My Normative does not require the user to purchase specialised fertility equipment or practice invasive and/or impractical medical procedures.
