Dr. Michael Fritsch has over 20 years of experience working in the telecommunications and technology industry as a management consultant and advisor. He has worked for top tier consulting companies like Arthur D. Little, booz&co, Oliver Wyman and Boston Consulting and as a line manager. He specializes in product and technology strategy, company optimization and transformation and implementation of large technology programmes. Recent activities have focused on mobile network strategy to cope with fast growing data traffic, small cell deployment and backhaul and WiFi offloading. His clients include mobile and fixed operators as well as IT and technology providers in Europe and Middle East. Mike has a degree in Communications engineering and a PhD in optoelectronics.
