Mr. Jay Yang is the Vice President of the Electronic and Electrical Products Services Division for TÜV Rheinland Greater China. He has successively held positions as an audio-video and information equipment product safety engineer, North American product safety certification officer, North American brand and major retailer account manager, and Vice General Manager of R&D and technical services, among others. With 10 years of front-line work experience at an internationally renowned third-party testing, inspection, and certification organization, he understands the entry regulation requirements and buyer demands of the main consumer electronics markets in Europe and America.

During his tenure as Vice President, he led the R&D team to innovate commercial certifications such as Safe Fast Charging System, Low Blue Light, Full care display, Allergy Care, and Reliable Folding. These certifications have been widely applied to flagship smartphone products of brands like Honor, HUAWEI, Samsung, OPPO, vivo, and Xiaomi. The commercial certification model has also achieved widespread and profound impact both within and outside the industry.
