Ryan joined Huawei in 2001 and is now Vice President of Huawei's Data Communication Product Line, mainly responsible for strategy and industry development.
With extensive experience in datacom product and solution design and R&D, he serves as Director of the IETF Coordination Dept and many other important positions related to standard and industry development on behalf of Huawei since 2019, and has a deep and comprehensive understanding of the datacom standard landscape as well as the industry development direction and pace. He has strong capabilities of collaborating with external industries, effectively guiding and coordinate Huawei's technical, marketing, and industry teams, as well as promoting goal achievement for industry cooperation projects.
