Previously, Mr. Li served as Deputy Chief Engineer of China Electronic Information Industry Development Research Institute (CCID), and Deputy Chief of the Department of Planning, Science and Technology, Chief of the Department of Planning, Science and Technology (Office of the Science and Technology Commission), Head of the General Office and Head of the Department of General Administration of China Electronic Corporation. Mr. Li is now Vice President of China Telecommunications Corporation Limited.
