Strong believer of collective intelligence, Eva is the co-founder of The Innovation for Policy Foundation, and Director of #i4Policy. The Foundation has developed a new framework for policy-making innovation and we developed new methodologies and tools for deliberative and participatory policymaking processes.
#i4Policy is a movement of +220 innovation communities across 48 African countries shaping inclusive innovation policies with their governments, promoting open democracy framework of policy making and building a repository of open source tools and methodologies.
Eva led the Innovation for Policy Processes, a bottom-up approach for the adoption of the Startup Act in Senegal and has stimulated innovative public policy processes in Benin, Togo, Mali, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, DRC and more recently in Madagascar and Guinea.
Eva is very proud to be a part of the Global Assembly core team, bringing community hosts together to re-imagining a global-governance structure.
As an innovation ecosystem enabler, Eva has extensive experience helping African startups to grow and showcasing Francophone Africa entrepreneurial scenes running incubation and acceleration programs for 10 years. Eva was a member of CTIC Dakar for 5 years where she supported nearly 20 tech startups as business development Manager and trained more than 1,500 project leaders during bootcamps and training sessions. She co-founded Kinaya Ventures in 2018 where she was involved until 2020, an open innovation platform, implementing acceleration programs.
