As a seasoned tech ecosystem specialist, Eva has an extensive experience helping African startups to grow and showcasing Francophone Africa entrepreneurial scenes.
Running incubation and acceleration programs since 9 years, Eva was a member of CTIC Dakar for 5 years where she supported nearly 20 tech startups as business development Manager and trained more than 1,500 project leaders during bootcamps and training sessions.
Eva has Co-founded Kinaya Ventures created in 2018, an open innovation platform based in Senegal and Côte D'Ivoire, implementing acceleration programs such as the Upscaler program in partnership with Orange Sonatel in Senegal and the Jeunesse Numérique Foundation in Ivory Coast, the Orange Corners Senegal program, and the Spring Fellowship program in partnership with Elle and Nestle.
Eva is proud to propulse Boost With Facebook program since 2018, a capacity building program, which has trained over 11000 entrepreneurs in digital tools in 7 countries in French-speaking Africa. She has organized more than 200 training sessions and more than 50 tech events in French-speaking Africa to create a bridge between the ecosystems of local startups and large companies such as Orange, Facebook, Tigo, Société Générale, Total or institutional partners such as the World Bank or the African Union.
Strong believer of collective intelligence, Eva is the council member of The Innovation for Policy Foundation, i4Policy, a movement of +200 innovation communities across 48 African countries supporting their governments with policy reforms, and promoting open democracy framework of policy making and a repository of open source tools and methodologies. As the Director of Community and communication of I4Policy, Eva leaded the Dakar Policy Hackathon, a bottom-up approach for the adoption of the Startup Act in Senegal and has stimulated innovative public policy processes in Benin, Togo, Mali, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, DRC and Madagascar.
She is a member of the African Performance Institute and the Consortium Jeunesse Senegal.
Member of various selection committees, mentor, trainer, coach, Eva hopes to contribute to the development of francophone tech ecosystems.
