Koffi Fabrice DJOSSOU is board member of ICET/Federal University of Technology Minna, Nigeria. Previously Technical Assistant at the African Union Commission (Department of Infrastructure and Energy) for Policy and Regulation Initiative for Digital Africa, Koffi have a strong private sector background: Sales Manager for the West and Central Africa at Gilat Telecom (Israeli based company), Senior Director of Sales and Business Development at ABSatellite (Satellite operator owned by PERMIRA funds). For many years, Koffi led the implementation of dotAfrica project with the African Union and ZACR, a South African based entity which performs the technical and administrative functions of .co.za south African domain name space and the dotAfrica (.africa) Top level domain (Internet registry and infrastructure) : The dotAfrica TLD (.africa) is in production and everyone can register a domain name and have an online presence ending by .africa. the dotAfrica project reflects an integrated African public-private partnership.

Koffi Fabrice DJOSSOU is the resource person for CODESRIA (Council for the Development for Social Science in Africa) on issues related to cybersecurity. IEEE member and steerCom member of the Global Forum, Koffi is a telecommunication engineer with more than 10 years’ experience in ICT issues related to project management, strategy, policy development and digital economy. Koffi is the author of the following papers:
