Senior Principal Marketing Manager for Global Initiatives at Intelsat
Melvyn Chen is the Senior Principal Marketing Manager for Global Initiatives at Intelsat. He is focused on developing the global market strategy for Intelsat's next generation and cross-segment products such as the Intelsat EpicNG High-Throughput Satellite (HTS) platform. Previously, Melvyn has also served in Global Field Marketing and Product Marketing roles at Intelsat . Prior to joining Intelsat in 2011, he was the Asia-Pacific Product Marketing Manager at Apple, where he was responsible for products such as the iMac, Mac mini and Apple TV. Melvyn has over 17 years of marketing experience in diverse industries such as satellite telecommunications, consumer electronics, IT hardware and software. Melvyn holds a Master of Science degree in Marketing and Consumer Insight and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
