VP of Innovation, Transport and Networking at American Tower’s OCTO. With over 30 years of senior level Engineering and Management experience, Paul has played a leading role in the successful design and deployment of FTTx PON NaaS platforms, as well as in the design of next-generation 5G networks for in-building deployment. Paul leads the operation of the global OSS group at American Tower, focusing on orchestration and automation of complex network platforms. Paul’s expertise extends to Data Center interconnection technologies, and he has managed multi-country operations that included cellular, submarine fiber, metro/carrier Ethernet, PON and HFC networks.
