COVID GUIDELINES AT 5G WORLD
We are committed to providing you with a safe environment to do business, in accordance with all the health & safety guidelines set out by local authorities. The event will be delivered and implemented with the required level of health & safety measures including social distancing, contactless registration, transactions and hygiene protocols wherever appropriate.
PLACING YOUR SAFETY AT THE HEART OF OUR EVENTS
5G World 2021 will be organized in accordance with Informa’s AllSecure health and safety standard. As the world’s leading events’ organizer, Informa has developed a detailed set of enhanced measures to provide the highest levels of hygiene and safety at its events, providing everyone with reassurance and confidence they are participating in a safe and controlled environment.
What to do if you feel unwell
Anyone feeling unwell, with COVID-19 symptoms or a positive test result should stay at home and self-isolate immediately. If you have symptoms of COVID-19, you should arrange to have a test as soon as possible, and follow local guidance, inform the venue and Informa. This still applies even if you have received one or more doses of COVID-19 vaccine.
COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES
We are closely following local government guidelines to ensure the all our events are hosted in a safe environment. It has always been our priority to look after our attendee and staff's wellbeing with the utmost care, and we will continue to take all necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone on our premises.
Entry: Proof of double vaccination, Covid-19 antibodies or negative lateral flow test will be required to gain entry. Please note, UK-based visitors can use their NHS Covid pass and international visitors, the equivalent from their country of origin.
Facemask: We recommend that you wear a face-covering inside the venue unless you are exempt.
Social distancing: You are encouraged to observe social distancing.
Hand sanitiser: Please use the hand sanitiser stations located throughout the venue.
What will capacity look like for the in-person event?
Limits will be reviewed and revised at the direction of local authorities.
Will there be a limit on attendance?
It is possible that some events will be required to limit attendance to ensure proper distancing is maintained and locally mandated capacity limits are adhered to. It is recommended that you secure your involvement now if you know you’d like to be involved in the events.
There will be no limit on virtual-only passes.
What health measures/protocols are the events taking to ensure a safe environment on-site?
The 5G World team is working closely with local health authorities to provide a safe and healthy experience for all 5G World participants. We will be following safety measures such as mask-wearing, contactless features, regular venue sanitization and changes to capacities if applicable.
Will I be required to wear a mask? Will medical exceptions be allowed?
Masks will be recommended for all participants except while eating or drinking, or while presenting a session.
