Profile

Christian is one of the leading 5G experts in Denmark and is part of the joint Ericsson/TDC Net strategic initiative Innovation Hub that focuses on new 5G business viable use-cases for the B2B market. As part of the engagement in the Innovation Hub, Christian focuses on how future capabilities of the 5G network can enable new use-cases and fulfil unmet needs in the different industrial verticals.

Before joining the Innovation Hub, Christian was Chief Network Architect for the Radio Access Network in TDC where he has been responsible for the Strategic Plan for the TDCs Mobile Access Network and hence defining the overall targets for “Denmark’s Best Mobile Network”.

Christian has more than 23 years of professional experience in the telecommunication industry working with mobile operators, vendors of mobile infrastructure and as a consultant for the local industry.

On top of this, he has throughout his career organized a number of technical events on telecommunication, previously as Chairman of IEEE Denmark Section and now within IDA-Connect. Furthermore, he has published a number of peer-reviewed scientific papers within radio-wave propagation, mobile communication and cloud-based services.

Christian holds a Ph.D. in Telecommunications from Aalborg University and a Master of Business Development from Copenhagen Business School.
