Dave is Head of the 5G Center in St. Petersburg at MTS StartUp Hub - a newly established platform from MTS Group, that is fully committed to cooperating with startups through four verticals: 5G Center, Corporate Accelerator, CVC, and Venture studio. He’s responsible for driving collaboration opportunities within innovators and the MTS Digital Ecosystem.

Dave leads different initiatives in the 5G Ecosystem in Russia, working together with startups, scaleups, and corporates creating new products and opportunities for different verticals in the market. Dave has been at MTS for more than 2 years in a variety of senior roles as a Technical scout, Innovation Lead, and now leading 5G activities.
