MIT-educated executive with more than 20 years creating and delivering visions to digitally transform business in complex and international environments. Specialized in aligning key stakeholders and creating formal and informal teams leading transformation and ensuring delivery.

Fuencisla joined Ooredoo to establish and grow the IoT business across its footprint. She currently leads Ooredoo Qatar IoT business. Prior to Ooredoo, she performed multiple functional roles, including Product, Strategy, Marketing and Business Development, at Telefonica and Orange across Europe, Latino America and Africa.

Fuencisla holds a Master degree in Technology & Policy from MIT (USA), an executive MBA from Instituto de Empresa Business School (Spain), a Master degree in Mobile Communications from École Nationale Supérieure de Télécommunications de Paris (France) and a BA degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (Spain). She is also a CTI trained coach.
