Rich Auty is Director of Northern Europe, Middle East & South Africa for Communications & Media Solutions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

HPE Communications & Media Solutions (CMS) provides an innovative portfolio of telecom industry-specific software products, solutions and professional services for demanding Communications Service Providers (CSPs) globally.

Rich has responsibility for this portfolio across a broad geography, engaging with CSPs to help them automate their networks and develop and monetise new solutions throughout their footprint – from the smallest MVNOs to the very largest Tier 1 operators.

Rich’s 25-year technology career has included time with network equipment providers and global software companies, which provides a great perspective on how the CMS portfolio helps CSPs to truly differentiate themselves and innovate faster.

Rich has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Management from the University of Nottingham and an MBA from the University of Bath. He has 2 children and lives with his fiancée in London.
