AWEX is the Wallonia Export & Investment Agency, Wallonia being the South French speaking region of Belgium. AWEX is part of the Belgium Embassy and has 2 main mandates. First, AWEX assists companies from Wallonia to export to Southern Africa. Second, AWEX serves as a once stop shop for all southern African companies wishing to invest in Wallonia, the center of Europe.
