HOW THE RETURN OF AFRICA TECH FESTIVAL TO CAPE TOWN WAS

Two years after the world turned upside down, Africa Tech Festival finally (re-) united our community in person from 7 to 10 November 2022, putting the spotlight on Africa's vibrant tech and telecoms scene. With 25,000 registrations received and well over 12,000 attendees joining us, the week was filled with vibrant knowledge exchange, intense contact-building and epic partying.

Delivering on the promise of a better, more inclusive digital Africa, Africa Tech Festival 2022 was the edition that brought our community together once again to share the learnings of the past and build an exciting future.

This is an event where you can learn new things in the tech industry and I have never been disappointed since the inception. I return every year with eagerness to see what is in store and to confirm if initiatives I launched are aligned with what is happening in other parts of the world, especially on our own continent. This is a non negotiable event to attend.
