This award recognises vendors whose solution has spurred development in fixed access and improved end user experience.

The judges will consider the following when evaluating entries for this category:

2. Best Secured Network Initiative

This award recognises a solution or initiative for improving network security, covering aspects such as data protection, cloud security, DDoS or other threats.

The judges will consider the following when evaluating entries for this category:

  • Costs
  • Commitment to customer
  • Management tools
  • R&D Roadmap
  • Technology & innovation

3. Best FMC Network Solution

This award recognises a solution or initiative that uses the convergence of FBB and MBB networks to improve network resource utilization and reduce network construction cost.

5. Multi-Gigabit Service Delivery Award

This award Recognises solutions and initiatives that improve economics for operators building new or modernizing existing fibre networks to support the communities they serve. Examples would include network management solutions, combo PON services and advances with optical distribution networks.

This award, open only to operators recognises a network service, either for residential or business that has gone above and beyond to deliver beyond parameters and create unparalleled touchpoints for superior experience.

  • The benefits to the consumer or business in terms of quality of service and customer experience
  • Long-term strategy for the service, how it will go on to provide additional value?

This award recognizes an individual that has gone over and beyond in successful endeavours in whatever niche of the broadband field they work in.
