Cemil SOYLU graduated from Bilkent University – Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He is working as a Senior Fixed Network Architect in Türk Telekom where he is responsible for both the design and the selection of the right equipment for the Fixed access network. He's been assigned for various work since he started working in TT such as investment planning, Technology PoCs, testing, architecture and design works, RFPs , SDN/NFV transformation and etc... His Access network expertise covers technologies such as xDSL, G.Fast, G.hn, GPON and recently any SDN / NFV.
