A long and successful track record in leading new innovative organisations and helping transform existing ones to achieve better performance across the organisation, from delivering back office efficiencies to significantly enhancing revenue.

With over 30 years experience in the telecomms/ TMT sector, I have also provided C-Level support and advice to many start-ups and entrepreneurial businesses who need a bit of an 'experienced eye' on their plans and activities. I keep this expertise up-to date by also being Chair of INCA (UK Independent Networks Cooperative Association) and through providing expert advice to the European Commission on a regular basis.

Also with many years of successful experience in event and production management, particularly in the small to medium (5,000 to 25,000 attendees) festival market.

What turns me on most in business is making a positive difference to economic value for both shareholders and consumers and through this, generating social benefit to citizens and society.
