Wayne Hickey is part of Ciena’s Packet Portfolio team, and has worked for several hi-tech telecommunications companies including ECI Telecom, APCON, Overture, and Cisco Systems, building and selling solutions to all market segments. Wayne has held senior level positions in product management and marketing of software and hardware of Ethernet switches, Ethernet Access Devices, Metro, and Optical Ethernet equipment, has a Diploma in Electronic Engineering Technology and lived in the Dallas area for the past 20 years.
