The majority of issues affecting internet connectivity are due to problems within the home network and therefore invisible to customer support agents. help2go isolates these issues by performing diagnostics within the home network, enabling self-care while at the same time providing technical data to support teams through an agent dashboard. help2go enriches TR69 and ACS systems with information collected from the user’s device such as neighbouring WiFis, speed measurements to the router and between devices, wifi channel scanning, data on connected devices.
