FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who Qualifies?

The VIP programme is reserved for our most senior and engaged service provider and enterprise delegates. Your invitation to take part as a VIP must be approved by the VIP team on a case-by-case basis. Please contact alex.radford@informa.com to find out more.

Why attend?

The VIP programme puts you, the thought leaders, front and center at this year’s event. It opens up the show with unparalleled access-all-areas including a curated networking and content itinerary, lead by your dedicated VIP manager, to ensure that you make the most of your time onsite; both the sessions you join and the people you meet.

How does the 1-2-1 networking work?

Our 121 networking service takes the effort out of your hands. We identify potential matches based on your interests and needs, sourcing suitable delegates from all across the eco-system, including analysts, fellow VIPs & service providers. Once you confirm which meetings you would like to attend, our team designs a schedule that will allow you to meet with these contacts in a pre-arranged manner.

How does the programme work?

It’s a simple programme and onboarding process, to make it as time efficient for you as possible. Once you know that the event content and dates work for you, we will confirm your attendance and ask you to fill out a short registration form. After that, we can either arrange a quick call or follow up with an email to get your areas of interest and focus, which we will use to cater specific invites to you of relevant sessions taking place during the event.

We will handle all of the logistics and send you calendar invites and a written itinerary so you know where you need to be and when. We aim to make a smooth event experience as possible, and can always be found in the VIP Lounge onsite if you need any assistance
