Your Stand - Space Only

Further information about the exact requirements will be released once the exhibitor manual has been published. You need to be aware of the following:

  • Stand plan that adheres to Informa Tech design instructions
  • Completing Health & Safety form
  • Please ensure you order the right waste containers for build and breakdown. Excess waste will incur an extra charge.

Your Stand - Shell Scheme

Further information about the exact requirements will be released once the exhibitor manual has been published. You need to be aware of the following:

  • 9SQM stand will be equipped with 2x black chairs, 1x white round table, 1x waste basket, 2x spotlights, 1x 500W socket outlet
  • Health & Safety Form
  • Fascia/Nameboard form to be submitted to EESL
  • Adapters and extension leads will not be provided by Informa Tech

Meeting Rooms

Further information about the exact requirements and what each size meeting room includes, will be released once the exhibitor manual has been published. You need to be aware of the following:

  • Your logo to be submitted to brand the meeting room
  • Health & Safety form
  • Adapters and extension leads will not be provided by Informa Tech

Options For Early Build

We offer the chance to build your stand earlier, however there will be an additional charge, as listed below. Early build is only applicable on Saturday 10, Sunday 11 & Monday 12 Oct.

Please note that you should defer to your account manager as the first point of contact.

Extra Hour(s)

The hourly rate is 200 GBP and we advise that you book in advance with our operations manager.

8pm - 11pm per night would be 600 GBP.


Extra Day

Saturday 10 October - 4000* GBP.

*Please check with your account manager that this isn't covered in your contract. If not, please defer to your account manager if you wish to opt for an extra day build.


Extra Height (SQM)

If you wish to build higher than the Informa Tech stand regulations, there is a flat charge of 2000 GBP. Please liaise with your operations manager to discuss options.

Code Of Conduct

Exhibitors in the expo hall, evening party hosts and organizers of concurrent activities should be aware they are subject to the code of conduct. Exhibitors and party hosts may not promote sexualized or offensive imagery or activities. Exhibition and party staff should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment. Participants asked to stop any behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant or sponsor engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct, Informa Tech staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.
