Booth Design Approval
Booth Design approval is a requirement of all booths above 100 sq. ft. (10’x10’)
The Deadline to submit a request for booth design approval is January 9th, 2020.
Multi-story or enclosed exhibit require an engineer-approved technical drawing.
Failure to submit the detail, design and documentation could result in denial of build on sight. Submit documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org
Each 10’ x 10’ booth will be set with 8’ high black back drape and 3’ high black side drape. The booth will also include a complimentary 7” x 44” two-line identification sign. Electricity, furnishings, displays and any other items needed are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

COI (Certificate of Insurance) Guidelines & Submission
All exhibitors must carry and maintain insurance. These requirements are stated in the terms and conditions section of the booth contract.
Display Vehicles in Exhibitor Booth
Vehicles on display require 60 day advance notice to Event Management, as well as a permit from Clark County Fire Department. Please email email@example.com with your intent to display a vehicle with a diagram for placement. Submission for a permit is done directly with Clark County Fire Department.

EAC (Exhibitor Appointed Contractor) Forms & Rules
Exhibitors must notify Channel Partners Show Management of the intention to utilize an independent contractor by February 14, 2020.
Failure to submit the EAC form and/or the COI by the deadline below will result in delays to access the show floor or denial of access.
Excessive Trash & Booth Abandonment
Any excessive trash which consists of display materials, carpet, padding, crates and/or pallets will be
disposed of and charged both a handling fee and a disposal fee during exhibitor move-in. Excessive
booth materials and/or literature left in the booth at the end of published exhibitor move-out that is not
labeled for an outbound shipment will be considered abandoned and deemed as trash. The exhibitor will
be charged for the removal and disposal of these items. Charges may include Installation & Dismantle
Labor, Forklift & Rigging Labor, and/or Dumpster Fee. Please call our Exhibitor Services Department
at (702) 579-1700 for a quote.
Exhibit Hall Security
Security Guards and Badge Checkers will be stationed throughout the exhibit hall on a 24-hour basis and will patrol the floor during non-show hours. Every reasonable effort is made to prevent losses. The final responsibility, however, lies with the exhibitor. It is advised items such as laptops, small monitors, or anything which is easily accessible/moveable NOT be left unsecured in a booth during the day or overnight.
Food & Beverage
Food and beverages are not permitted on the premises unless purchased through the Sands Convention Center. Food or beverages may not be brought in or delivered to the Sands Convention Center for personal consumption.
Exhibitors may not dispense food and/or beverages of any kind, including bottled water, without written permission from the Sands Convention Center Catering department. Food and/or beverage purchased outside of the Sands Convention Center may not be brought into/or consumed within the Sands Convention Center. Sands Convention Center is solely licensed to sell, dispense, and/or serve alcoholic beverages. Las Vegas, NV Law prohibits alcoholic beverages from being brought into the Sands Convention Center.

Any materials received by Freeman are subject to Material Handling Charges and are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. This also applies to items not ordered through the Official Show Vendors. Refer to the material handling form for charges for the service.

DISMANTLE AND MOVE-OUT INFORMATION
All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by Thursday, March 12 at 4 p.m.. To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the Exhibitor Move-Out deadline, please have all carrier’s check-in by Thursday, March 12 at 10 a.m.
Lead Retrieval Order Form & Info
ATTENDEE LEAD RETRIEVAL SYSTEMS
Attendee badges can be scanned to help you quickly capture pertinent information for follow-up after the show. By ordering Experient’s Lead Retrieval Unit, exhibitors can easily and accurately collect data from attendees in their booths. We recommend ordering this service in advance using Experient’s Lead Retrieval Order Form. The early bird deadline is January 15 ,2020, and the advanced deadline is January 30, 2020. The Lead Retrieval Unit is the only authorized method for lead and list retrieval.
**Special note** To be GDPR compliant, if you plan to rent and use a Lead Retrieval Unit, you will need to print and display signage in your booth to explain to the attendees that when you scan an attendee badge, that person is sharing their information with you. The Exhibitor is responsible to cover the printing and cost of this signage.
If you receive and email offering you the attendee list for the show, PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND! These Groups are in no way affiliated with our event and do not have the actual attendee list. Due to privacy policies, the full attendee list is NOT available to anyone
Photography & Filming
Exhibitors must authorize all photographs of their booth!
Photography and/or filming of any display or product other than the exhibitor’s own is prohibited unless permission has been obtained from Show Management and the firm whose booth is being photographed/ filmed. The exemption to this is the official Show Management photographer/ videographer. Any imagery collected by this photographer/ videographer (who will be properly badged and identified) will be used for the sole purpose of Channel Partners Conference & Expo promotion. photographers/ videographers will NOT be allowed access to the show floor prior to show floor opening, and will only be allowed access during scheduled show floor hours. Please schedule your photography and filming labor accordingly.
Freeman is the Official Services Contractor for this upcoming show. As the Official Services Contractor, Freeman has the responsibility for all suspended rigging services not exclusive to Specialized Event Services.
