Attendee FAQ
When and where is the Channel Partners Conference & Expo this year?
Channel Partners Conference & Expo will take place March 24-27, 2025 at the Venetian Resort & Expo in Las Vegas.
Can children attend the event/show floor?
No, attendees must be 18 years or older to attend any portion of Channel Partners Conference & Expo. Infants or strollers are NOT permitted.
Will you have accommodations for attendees with disabilities?
If you require special assistance, auxiliary aids, interpreters or other reasonable accommodations while at the conference and/or expo, please contact Bridget Hays at least four weeks prior to the event date.

How do I register for Channel Partners Conference & Expo?

How much does it cost to attend?
#CPExpo offers a variety of registration packages to meet your needs. Visit our pass options & pricing page to learn more.
Can I get a discount on my registration?
Occasionally, we will provide discounts for exhibit hall and conference packages. To sign up to receive special offers, use the following link.
Do I need to qualify and present credentials to attend the show? If so, what credentials are required?
You may be asked to present a business card to show your role in the industry. Please be prepared to show a form of photo ID to pick up your Show Badge. Members of the press must provide credentials when registering to qualify for a press badge.
I did not receive a confirmation; am I registered?
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact our registration team at cpregistration@informa.com.
How will I receive my badge?
Your show badge will not be mailed to you. Keep an eye out for your QR code email which will be sent in the weeks right before the show and bring it with you to the registration counters to pick up your badge. If you have any questions, please contact our registration team at cpregistration@informa.com.

How do I make hotel reservations?
In partnership with Convention Housing Partners, we've secured discounted rates at a selection of Las Vegas hotels. Through Convention Housing Partners, we're able to offer you convenient and affordable options for your trip to Channel Partners Conference & Expo.
Does #CPExpo have a mobile app?
The official mobile app for the event is available to download on both Apple and Android devices. Simply search "Informa Connect Tech Events" in the app store or visit this page. This will allow you to access important show information, build your schedule, connect with fellow attendees and more. Your login will be the email address you registered with. Will food be available during the show?
Breakfast and Lunch will be served to Conference and All-Access Pass holders during the keynotes. Meals are not included with the purchase of an Expo + Keynote Pass. If you would like to take advantage of the buffets during the keynotes, please purchase a Conference or All-Access pass. Any dietary restrictions must be submitted at least 8 business days prior to March 21, 2025. Please contact our registration team at cpregistration@informa.com with dietary concerns.

Channel Partners Conference & Expo is taking place in the Venetian Resort & Expo.
Can I park at the Venue?
The daily fee for registered hotel guests will be $18/day, seven days a week. For non-hotel guests, rates start at $15 for up to four hours, Monday – Thursday. Four to 24 hours will be $18, Monday – Thursday. The fee for non-hotel guests is $23/day Friday – Sunday. Valet parking remains $35/day. Grazie® Rewards Premier members and above will receive complimentary self-parking. Grazie Rewards Elite members and above will continue to receive complimentary valet parking. Nevada residents will receive three hours of complimentary self-parking by scanning their valid Nevada Driver’s License at a self-parking kiosk.
