William Huston founded Bay Street Capital Holdings after 12 years of supporting the largest retirement plan in the U.S., the federal government's $550 billion Thrift Savings Plan (TSP). Bay Street is an independent investment advisory firm headquartered in Palo Alto, California, that manages institutional portfolios with the goal of maintaining and increasing total assets and income. Huston is a graduate of Oakwood University, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) and completed Wharton's Certified Investment Management Analyst program. He currently serves as the Bay Area President for the National Association of Security Professionals (NASP) where he advocates for allocators to engage high-performing, diverse fund managers.
