Distribution has also finally really embraced cloud as well in response to customer needs. Tapping our VAR & MSP Partners has really helped to address many of the customer needs. For example, Microsoft tapped us as one of two Master Agents in their new CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) program last Fall. Instead of going to market as a VAR, we have teamed up with their top MSP in the West for many years. Our agents have the customer relationships but often don’t have the technical expertise, especially in cloud. Going in as a team, we are winning a lot of business together that we would not have been able to close without the dynamics of teaming. Distribution is starting to address customers changing needs.
