Minister Paul currently serves as the Minister In-Assistance to the President, and Since January 2016, has represented the Kwajalein atoll in the Marshallese Parliament, the Nitijela. He was elected to office after a successful career in the private sector, where he worked as a territory manager for FSM and RMI in ExxonMobil. Previously, he was the Deputy Executive Director for the RMI Compact Negotiation Office between 2002 and 2005, as well as a member of RMI Compact Negotiation Technical Team. He holds a Bachelor of Art Degree from Le Moyne College, with a major in political science, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of the South Pacific.
