Joanna Ossinger is a global markets editor and editor for Asia crypto coverage at Bloomberg News, where she has been for nearly 10 years, serving in a variety of leadership and coverage roles. Prior to Bloomberg, Joanna worked at The Wall Street Journal as an editor and markets columnist, at TheStreet.com as Managing Editor of Life and Money, and as a Senior Editor at Fox Business Network overseeing the website. She has a master's degree in public policy from Georgetown University, and a bachelor's degree cum laude from Cornell University in Chemistry and Classical Civilizations. She is a past president of the Society for Advancing Business Editing and Writing, the Secretary of Singapore's Foreign Correspondents Association and an advisory-board member for Alfred Friendly Press Partners. She is a native of Colorado, USA.
