Nick is the co-founder of Harmony, a high-performance blockchain for next generation decentralized applications. Harmony delivers key innovations in proof-of-stake, state sharding and networking to increase throughput and lower costs by orders of magnitude over other protocols. Before co-founding Harmony, Nick served as an AI specialist for Hong Kong-based AI incubator Zeroth.AI, where he coached more than twenty teams across five continents in industries including finance, agriculture and blockchain. Nick holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University, where he focused on artificial intelligence and neural networks.
