Purva Shanker began her journey in the NLU & NLP space at Capital One, working on Eno, Capital One's digital assistant. She has worked extensively in the machine learning tooling space, working on building out tools for data management, discovery, and labeling in order to advance Eno. She currently is a member of Capital One Labs, collaborating regularly with data scientists in order to build a variety of machine learning solutions. She graduated from the University of Michigan's College of Engineering and majored in Computer Science with a minor in Applied Statistics.
