Networking Opportunities

There are numerous opportunities to network throughout the event

Event Features

VIP Breakfast Briefing

Before the opening address, there will be a unique opportunity to network with the speakers and VIPs from the leading regulators, policy makers and operators. A fine selection of food and beverages will be on offer as well as the opportunity to open discussions around the burning issues of the regulatory framework review. This will be a behind closed doors, invite-only breakfast reserved for our speakers, VIP guests and sponsors.

Roundtable Discussions

This will be an opportunity for delegates to sit and talk face-to-face with the speakers and experts. Following on from lunch, experts from a range of specialties will host in depth discussions on a number of topics, giving delegates a great chance to ask some of the questions they may not have been able to before. This is an unrivalled networking opportunity to begin the afternoon before the conference resumes with panels and presentations.

VIP Cocktail Reception

Following on from an interesting and fruitful day at the conference, speakers, VIPs and sponsors will be given the opportunity to enjoy a few cocktails as well as the chance to network and discuss the opinions and discussions from the day. A live band will provide the music to close the end of the first day of the conference agenda.

VIP Networking Service

At KNect365 we understand that when you invest in our events you want to be sure you will meet the right people. Our experienced team of VIP Networking Manager will  deliver this by organising structured speed networking, fulfilling personal introductions and by being at your disposal before, during and after each event to make sure you maximize your event ROI.

Choose From:

Speed Networking

Speed Networking is an efficient, face-to-face professional networking model similar to “speed dating” that enables participants to make new contacts through one-on-one focused conversations lasting between 2-4 minutes. Speed networking helps you forge new connections during the event. These are informal, fun and highly effective introduction sessions giving you a maximum exposure to a large number of conference participants in the shortest time!

1-2-1 Facilitated Meetings Service

This is a complimentary opportunity to increase the amount of senior people you meet during the event! Our event attracts a large number of CxO level participants and we would like to make it easier for you to meet some of those delegates at the show to introduce your business.

Our aim is to help you to optimise your time at the event, meaning you can more easily measure and maximise event ROI. By working closely with our VIP team to create a bespoke wish list of who you want to meet at the event will lead to meeting your target audience through a series of pre-scheduled meetings coupled with personal introductions onsite.

Networking Events

Network exclusively with your target audience to establish your position as a leading industry provider by selecting one of our bespoke networking packages for 2016. These packages offer an unrivalled opportunity to gain valuable time with your key target audience away from the busy conference and exhibition space, enabling you to build better and closer relationships.
