Profile

Samuel is an independent telecommunication Engineer with 16 years of experience in the mobile backhaul and access area. He is currently working for a big mobile network operator in Germany by performing parameter designs for 2G, 3G and 4G including the requirements for E2E planning support tools. Prior to this, Samuel was involved in the introduction of full IP in the 2G network for a big German mobile network operator as technical lead. Prior to that, Samuel was involved in the introduction of 4G with EPC aspects and the design of a scalable IP mobile backhaul for converged services.
