Exhibitor Manual

To ensure you have a smooth running and successful event please use the below checklist for your pre-event preparations:

Your Stand - Table Top

Your table top package includes the following items:

  • 1 x 6sqm space
  • 1 x 6ft Trestle Table
  • 2 x chairs
  • 1 x power socket


All exhibitors must complete the HEALTH & SAFETY FORM by 9th June

Register Your Staff - DEADLINE: 9th June

All staff must be registered on your unique VISIT registration portal. Shortly after your welcome email from us you will receive an email from tmt.registrations@informa.com enabling you to register your staff.

Please ensure you register your staff no later than 9th June


Please note the venue has a very strict access policy in order for your staff to access the building. For this event please ensure your team are prepared with the below on the day: 

  1. Please bring the QR code sent to the registered email address to get access to the building. QR codes will be sent out to all registered attendees on 9th June and will come directly from the venue
  2. Please bring a form of ID or a business card to the Informa Tech Registration Desk on the 3rd Floor to print your badge

Venue Access Q&A

I am planning to attend the event on both days, will I need a QR code for each day?

Yes, you will receive a QR code for each day of the event.

Guests can add their QR codes to their Apple/Google wallets on their smartphones for ease of use.

How can I get access to set up my booth?

You will receive a separate QR code specifically for 12th June to set up your booth. Set up is from 2pm-6pm, please do not arrive outside of these times as you will not get access to the event.

What if I have not received my QR codes via email?

  • Please check your inbox for the sender 22 Bishopsgate (notify@22Bishopsgate.com) and the subject title “Your Appointment at 22 Bishopsgate”
  • Please check your spam folders also.
  • If you still cannot locate your emails, there may be a firewall issue at play. In this case, you can simply give your full name and show a photographic ID to the security team where the security team will then grant access.

If I am not registered for the event and want to turn up on the day, what happens?

22 Bishopsgate’s security team on the ground floor will assist by contacting Informa Tech. Informa Tech will require the full name of the person and the company name to check if they are registered/can be allowed access to the event. If approved, the venue will add the guest to the building access system. Once added, the security team will need to refresh their system whereby they will then see the guest’s name and the security team will grant access to the guest. The guest may be asked to show photographic ID.

Exhibition and party staff should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment. Participants asked to stop any behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant or sponsor engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct,  Informa Tech staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.
