Anh Tuc Nguyen is investor in digital infrastructures at the Banque des Territoires, a French public investment bank. Her investment interests include private 5G, fibre and other IoT network deployment. Prior to joining the Banque des Territoires, Anh Tuc was project manager at the French Ministry of Finance in charge of launching the national 5G Acceleration Strategy. She initiated several calls for projects at national and European level that financed innovative private 5G projects in industrial factories, hospitals, ports, train stations and other public utilities. Anh Tuc was also a policy advisor in European and international affairs at ARCEP, the French national telecoms regulatory authority, and consultant at TERA Consultants for international telecom operators, regulatory authorities and governments.
