Ashleigh is co-founder of Colorintech a nonprofit aiming to improve access, awareness, and opportunities for ethnic minorities to enter the tech industry. Founded in 2016 Ashleigh has built partnerships with a number of the world's leading tech companies including Google, Facebook, and Microsoft. Ashleigh started his early career in strategy at Tech before moving to run Colorintech having been exasperated by the lack of racial diversity in the sector. He has worked on a number of engagements for Downing Street and the World Economic Forum, has been featured in a number of media outlets for his works, including Forbes 30u30, The Financial Times, and the BBC.
