Benedict Dellot is Head of AI Monitoring at the Centre for Data Ethics and Innovation, a new advisory body set up by the UK government to promote the responsible use of AI and data-driven technology. Benedict leads the Centre’s efforts to track and investigate the impact of innovations in this domain, drawing on a combination of methods including horizon scanning and rapid research. Prior to joining the CDEI, Benedict was Head of the RSA’s Future Work Centre, where he investigated the impact of new technology on the labour market.
