F Factor 19-25 National Finalist Beth is the founder of Patchwork Hub, an accessible remote working employment platform for people whose personal circumstances prevent them leaving the house. Her startup, Patchwork Hub, is an online talent platform for professionals to connect with tasks, projects or permanent employment and create their own workspace around their requirements. This alongside the training and resources offered on its platform make it truly unique. The one-stop shop! Beth is a social entrepreneur and is also a Harvard University Kennedy Scholar, an Oxford University graduate and an international disability rights advocate.
She has been employed previously by Citibank’s thought-leadership ‘Global Perspectives & Solutions’ series, Netflix & as a Research Fellow at Oxford University and most recently worked as Audience and Market Insight Lead at Scope, the UK disability charity. She has also graduated from McKinsey’s National Leadership Academy, Unilever’s Future Leader programme and LSE’s ‘Pathways to Law’ programme. Beth has received nationwide awards for community service and previously co-ordinated Oxford University’s UNIQ ‘Race and Protest’ Access Programme that she attended, aged 17.
