Caroline is Director of Behavioural Science & Research for The Honeycomb Works, a start-up that applies the principles of behavioural science to workplace culture, helping organisations to become more innovative and inclusive.

She is passionate about translating and applying academic research in organisations in practical, accessible ways and debunking dangerous myths. She is uncompromising about using an evidence based approach and constantly measuring the results.

As well as using the latest academic research The Honeycomb Works conducts a lot of their own, led by Caroline. Current research includes exploring how to create belonging for everyone in organisations and how to support diversity and inclusion allies so they can step forward to create change for those around them.
