Ella is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Zinc, a Mission-based Venture Builder.

Zinc helps entrepreneurs build new commercial, scalable, tech companies that tackle the biggest social challenges in the developed world.

She also founded Alma Angels - a network of angel investors committed to supporting female founders.

In 2013 Ella co-founded NewCo UK, an innovation event that provides a behind-the-curtain-view into the most exciting, innovative and mission-led organisations in the UK. As a marketing strategist, Ella worked with leading global brands such as Unilever, Wimbledon and EY.

In 2019 Ella was awarded the CEO award at the London Business Awards, and was chosen as one of London Business School Changemakers.

Ella is a London Business School alumna and studied engineering in Tel Aviv. In her past she also operated drones.
