Ismail Amla is Chief Growth Officer at Capita plc, the UK’s largest tech-enabled business process outsourcing provider. He’s one of the top 100 most influential Black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) leaders in the UK technology sector - part of a group of five 'highly commended disruptors'.

Ismail has enjoyed a high-profile, technology-focused career, spanning Europe and North America. He’s been a senior partner at Accenture, one of the world’s leading global consultancies, and at multinational companies. He has a track record of delivering value from large, strategic transformations across a diverse range of public- and private-sector organisations.

In a fiercely competitive environment, Ismail has been at the forefront of delivering innovative services that solve business challenges, enhance services and make organisations more efficient and effective.

As well as holding an MBA from the University of Manchester and an honorary doctorate from the University of Bolton, Ismail serves on a number of Boards, including UK Sport and the University of East London, and is an advisor at the Weissman Centre for International Business in New York.
