Recently named as one the World’s Top 50 Women in Tech by Forbes and receiving the Arab Woman Award for Finance in 2018, Noor has experience in scaling and exiting emerging-market businesses via IPO and private equity sales. With a track record of operating high-growth businesses, as well as identifying and realizing high return investments in emerging markets, Noor has spent eight years scaling her family business, and seven years building her own company.

Her background in family business, investing, and entrepreneurship, has led her to launch Global Ventures, a Dubai-based, network-focused venture capital firm that leverages the experiences and access across the LP network, enabling its portfolio companies to grow quickly, and into new markets, building out success stories, and actively creating value for young companies.

Noor has also served as a CIO for the Dubai Future Foundation, has been named in the Arabian Business 100 Most Powerful Arab Women list three times, and has been profiled on the covers of Forbes Middle East, Entrepreneur Middle East, and Arabian Business magazines. Noor holds bachelors’ degrees in Finance and Economics from Boston College as well as an MBA from MIT Sloan.
