Ryan leads a team that is responsible for analytics, communications, operations, and technology for the Human Resources team at Webster Bank. A graduate of the University of Connection, he has served the organization in a variety of roles for over eighteen years.

Ryan also serves on the Board of Directors for the Governor’s Prevention Partnership (GPP). The GPP is a public-private partnership co-chaired by Connecticut’s governor and is focused on early interventions in support of the state’s youth. He is the proud father of two children and a huge Boston sports fan.
